The line allows you to accept and process raw milk to obtain the following products:
- Pasteurized milk MJ 3.2% - 200 kg;
- Sour cream MJ 30% - 40 kg;
- Fat - free cottage cheese - 33 kg;
- Curd whey - 180 kg.
A set of equipment included in the line provides the following processes:
- Supply by the centrifugal pump ONTs 3,5 (1) of raw milk to the long - term pasteurization bath of the VDP - 600 (1000) (2);
- The supply of 1.5 (3) centrifugal pumps ONTs milk heated to 40 degrees to the separator Samur - 600 (4) for the separation of milk into cream and return;
- Pasteurization of skim milk in a bath of long - term pasteurization of VDP - 600 (5), cooling the pasteurized skim in the same bath to the ripening temperature on cottage cheese;
- Pasteurization of cream in a bath of long - term pasteurization of VDP - 150 (6), cooling of pasteurized cream in the same bath to the fermentation temperature on sour cream;

Packing is implemented using:
- Filling machine in PE milk bags (7) with a compressed air compressor (10);
- Hand packing curd and sour cream in a glass.
