Production of supplements on request

IOC produces:

dietary supplements, fortified foods, products intended for particular nutritional, dietary food for special medical purposes and cosmetics and raw materials

under the brand names of our clients. Production takes place at the request of customers. Brands produced by the IOC belong to our customers.

IOC does not make the market any of its own brands. The scope of our activity is the only contract manufacturing.

Within the scope of our business is:

• Prepare recipe supplement, together with the valuation guidelines of scope of dietary supplement
• Purchase the necessary raw materials for the production of dietary supplement
• An adequate form of a dietary supplement (soft capsule, hard capsule, tablet, sachet, tin, liquid (eg. Syrup), and many others)
• The necessary tests
• Opracowanie oznakowania suplementu, zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem
• Zaprojektowanie i dobór opakowań oraz nadzór nad ich produkcją
• Zarejestrowanie produktu w odpowiednim urzędzie (rejestracja GIS) za upoważnieniem Klienta
• Konfekcja w opakowania jednostkowe, zbiorcze i paletyzacja
• Transport produktu gotowego w warunkach temperatury kontrolowanej do magazynu Klienta.

Istnieje również możliwość tworzenia receptur na wyłączność.

Wszystkie procesy produkcyjne i dystrybucyjne przeprowadzamy z najwyższą starannością w standardach HACCP, GHP i GMP. 

Na życzenie Klienta, zlecenia wykonujemy z zachowaniem umów o poufności.

Realizujemy produkcję kompleksowo, bądź też wybrane przez Klientów etapy produkcji suplementów we wszystkich dostępnych formach.
