Description
Feed protein component generated in the production of rapeseed oil. Rapeseed cake is characterized by a high protein content with a good amino acid composition (a rich source of sulfur amino acids - methionine and threonine). The total protein in rapeseed cake is related to the fat content and ranges from 30 to 34% . Due to the favorable composition of fatty acids, rapeseed cake is a very good source of energy and essential unsaturated fatty acids, mainly linoleic and linolenic. These acids perform many important functions in the body, but are not produced by it, and therefore their supply with food is very important. It is a feed that is easily digestible by all groups of farm animals
